..consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,

Seeing then that we have a great High Priest ….Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
Confession means “to say.”

Jesus takes the words we say to God.
Then the Lord said ...I am ready to perform my word. Jeremiah 1:12 (NKJV)
