Sunday School: God’s Glorious Light

The amazing hours Jesus and his friends Peter, James and John spend the night on the mountain.

Jesus told his disciples that He would be killed in Jerusalem and would rise three days later but they didn’t understand.

So Jesus took Peter, James and John to the top of a mountain to pray.

Suddenly Jesus face became very bright, as bright as the sun.

Then two men appeared beside Him.

Moses and Elijah had come to talk to Jesus about being killed in Jerusalem.

A cloud covered the mountain and the disciples heard the voice of God say,

“ This is My beloved son. Listen to Him.”
