Devotions: The Earthquake in the Night

Stuart awoke to the shaking and rolling that could only mean one thing –earthquake!
“My first thought was that we had nothing to worry about because the night at church before we’d prayed a blood line (Jesus protection) around our house.
But as I bolted out of bed, I heard my children praying a blood covering over my business .
My subway shop! I hadn’t even thought about it.

Stuart didn’t know that his subway shop was situated over the epicentre nor that the science building across the road was half destroyed.
